Well I hope that everyone had a Happy Safe and Fun Halloween. I know we did lol, this year I decided to join in the fun and get dressed up, lol , not all the way but hey its having fun that counts.  Here are a few pictures of today of me and my family and some of my PIC with me. While all the kids went off to go Trick or Treating we both sat out front and passed out candy to the brave children that came to our houses. You'll see her photos and you'll see why I say brave children.. We had a blast and I hope you all did to !

Trunk or Treat ( My Life as a Mom )

                         Trunk or Treat  smell my feet give me something good to eat : )

Well I spent my morning surrounded by lots of little , small , and big kids ... All came out today to get some yummy treats. Frances spanish class was helping out in making tricking or treating safe and were passing out lots of candy today for the little ones. It was busy and hectic and well the smiles on all the little one's face made it worth my while especially the smiles of my girls. So hope that everyone has a safe and very happy halloween weekend. Remember to share with your parents , hehehe if not we will have to tax you.

Babies ... Isla Mae Otero

   My Blanca today became a mom , lol not for reals but for her class.  She had a little girl, who she named after her 4th grade teacher's little girl. (Brett and Kristy if you read this I hope its okay) Blanca was super excited about today but also scared. The little girl doll cries , gets fussy , needs to be changed , burped , all like a human baby would. My poor Blanca was exhausted by the time she went to bed. The baby is scheduled to wake up at 2:00 AM & 4:00 AM. Let's just say that she went to bed early. I'm really proud of Blanca she is taking her role as a mom very seriously and was treating her baby like it was real. Although it was very strange for me, I did document her time with the doll so she can look back at this and remember how hard it is to be a teen mom. ( Not that I was worried about it :) So here are a few pictures of the afternoon Blanca spent with the baby , and me .

Sunday Breakfast (My Life as a Mom)

 Well after what seemed a very long , long week we are about to finish it and start a new one. I'm so glad after what I said to be a very long stressful week I'm glad to be able to finish with a smile on my face. How did I manage this you ask " Well the answer is my family and friends". I started the day by waking up to my husband that is always there for me. Then my girls start coming out and I get my morning hugs and kisses. Yes even from my 15 yr old I still get this everyday but today was a extra special hug for me. Nothing special but because so many of us take our time for granted , especially our family and friends. Why I'm feeling this way , well on Friday on my way to go get Frances at school a lady shot out in front of me to try to make a illegal left turn and well I ended up in a car accident. It happened so fast that I didn't really have to much time to think , but I did Thank God afterwards that I wasn't speeding because if I had the children in the other car , well it might have ended tragically. To make a long story short, this person jumped the middle divider and almost hit two other cars and ran. I had very minor damage to my car but still I'm so thankful that is was minor and that my children were not with me. So you never know who and what can find you during a very regular routine as to running errands. Please take the time with your family , remember tell them how you feel right there and then. I'm grateful that I was able to come home to my girls and that they are safe as I am. 
So in feeling Thankful and grateful that I have more time with my girls, I made them a very special breakfast. Simple recipe, at the bottom of the photos I will have the information. 
   Remember to be thankful and grateful for our family and friends ..

Sweet Little Boy (Cedar Hill Children's Photographer

     This little guy here is just too sweet, from the start he gave me such a sweet smile I fell for him right there and then. He did make us work for some of our shots being 1 he is getting to everything and being quick about it. But I had a great time with him on Sat afternoon. He is the youngest of the family and well he is to precious even to his two big sisters. All this kids are just too cute to not look at their photos and not say Aaaww ... So thanks again to the big sisters and my assistant for the day Frances for helping me keep little J happy and smiling... Till next time Happy Monday everyone

Well today was a new experience for me, I had a photo shoot of three brothers. What's new about this experience you ask ? Well they are not little kids not teenagers but three handsome guys all in their 20's and they run their own business , own their homes and did I mention they are very good looking and single. If I was younger and not completely in Love with my husband and no kids , well I will give them a run for my money. LOL... I really enjoyed the guys today, I hope that they like their images. It was a nice day for photos and well they were very easy on the eyes... LOL
